Time to Reverberate!

A couple years ago, the blogging world came alive with people reflecting on the past year throughout the month of December, courtesy of #Reverb11 (and #Reverb10).  Although there are no longer any active Reverb prompts that I know of, I found that the daily prompts were still listed on (what I believe to be) the original site.  Hmm... Upon further reading, it looks like there are people doing their own reverb projects for this year using other prompts.  I googled "reverb 12 prompts" and found a few of them.

In essence, these prompts can still be used any year.  I am looking forward to answering some of these daily prompts and seeing how this contributes to the road map of my life.

The prompts (from #Reverb11) can be found here.  While a lot of the links listed on this page are dead, the prompts are there.

Here are the prompts as they are listed.  Since it is a direct quote from the site, please adjust the years listed accordingly (and don't whine over the fact that the dates are wrong) :-)

Day 1 - One Word - Encapsulate the year 2011 in one word. Explain why you’re choosing that word. Now, imagine it’s one year from today, what would you like the word to be that captures 2012 for you?   If you did Reverb10 then bonus points for also re-posting your 2011 word from last year along with how you feel about that in retrospect.

I encourage all of you to pick any - or all prompts - and reflect on the year.  I may even continue to search online in order to find other prompts that speak to me.  Discover and embrace Possibility in this exercise.

Happy Writing!
