CONNECTION...
This is the one word that I am choosing to encapsulate the year 2012. Connection was a major theme for my in my Baptiste Power Vinyasa teacher training journey in both Level I and Level II. It is very significant because I felt that when I was going through my emotional low in 2011, I felt like I had broken and lost connection to those in my life who really wanted to support me. Now that I am moving forward in my life, I crave a strong connection to all my friends in the running and yoga communities.
A year from now, I would like Service and Adventure to be the word that captures 2013 for me. I have some lofty goals for the coming year and these two words fit for me at this time.
