I really love a good motivational video like this to really speak to me about what it really is like to live life as it is. Deanna was very kind to share this video with us on our last Life Design session at Power Yoga Canada. Alan Watts really makes some points that speak to me, and my life.
There are so many things I want to accomplish while my feet are planted on the earth. However, like society in general, there is always an 'if', 'and', or 'but' that gets thrown in.
My task is to start tracking the 'ifs', 'ands', or 'buts' that are standing in the way of getting what I want out of my life and making it better than how it stands right now. I realise that while I do have goals for what I want to accomplish, I need to clear what is standing in my way in order for this to really count.
