My friend, Stacey, is quite creative :) She also knows how to use a good sense of humour at the right time and the right place.
I have fond memories of running with her at Sulphur Springs last may when we were both doing the 50 Miler. It was her first race at this distance and she shattered her expectations by far. She managed to hook up with Fred and I during the last two loops of the race. It was the stories from Fred and the laughter that ensued that drew her to us. We shared many laughs together on the trails, as well as our personal victories (we snapped up the first two places in our age category that day). She would later go on to run her second 50 miler at the Alzheimer's run in her neck of the woods in Amherstburg. She is definitely a powerhouse, that's for sure, and her blog is definitely worth a read.
With her sense of humour, it is no surprise that she has posted this challenge to help us all break out of the winter rut that is now threatening to destroy us. The challenge is called "A DAY IN THE LIFE...." Details for the challenge can be found here.
This is definitely a challenge that I will take a shot at and I invite you all to think about it as well...
