Since I had a committee meeting with the MS Society this evening, I brought all my gym gear with me to work today. As soon as I was done at work, I went straight to the gym and worked out for an hour before showering and heading over to the MS Society office for the meeting.
I started off on the elliptical machine, covering 3.7 miles in 35 minutes. I then moved over to the pulley machine and worked on some core and stability. For core, I used the machine to mimic both a golf swing, and a baseball swing to work on the abdominal muscles. I then did leg extensions and hamstring curls with the machine. The latter two was to work on stability. Back extension was the last thing I did before showering and walking over to the meeting.
