I totally love this class at Downward Dog Yoga Centre! Diane Bruni's Ujjayi Pulse classes have always been popular. Now, imagine mixing in some guitar, and giving us space to go into our own practise on our mats, working on asanas that fit with what we feel to work with.
This is what the Improv Pulse class is all about! I am eternally grateful for the time I spend on my mat during this time, and highly recommend this class for anyone really wanting to express themselves. I often leave the class feeling thoroughly empowered and free!
